Investigating the relationship between job satisfaction, communication style, employee behavior in conflict situations

This study was designed to test the relationship between job satisfactions, communication style and conflict behaviour of employees in public system, respectively territorial labour inspectorates. Research responds practical needs highlighted by organizational psychology identify sources dimensions that prevail make individual's perception organization lead increased satisfaction.
